Hi,
I am creating short software demos for our customer base. Each customer has a different environment set up e.g. some of their end users have audio capabilities for video and some don't. I was wondering what the best option would be, if I wanted to give them my output file e.g. html 5 which gave them the ability to enable/disable text captions or enable/disable audio upon starting the video.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Dan
Did you try to use the CC functionality? Most playbars have a CC button to toggle it on/off. You can also create custom buttons that mute/unmute audio and show/hide CC.
In this post you'll find some scenarios for toggle buttons: Toggle Shape buttons - Captivate 6 - Captivate blog

Thanks Lilybiri, i've added some buttons to toggle on/off for both captions and audio.
