When I log on to Lightroom Mobile, it shows some of the photos with accurate adjustments and histogram and other images are shown with a mostly flat histogram except for a spike in the highlights. Some of the adjustments, such as exposure show up totally biased to the left (-5.00 EV). If the image has been cropped, I get a white form in the cropped aspect ratio.
It says everything is up to date... Any idea why I'm seeing this behavior?
BTW: running on an iPad 4 64gb with the latest iOS and a CC membership.
Could you send me an example original photo where you see this result - best as a private message with a downloadable dropbox link.
A list of adjustments and crop ratios you have applied would help as well.

Let me expand. It happens a lot, but it's not predictable. It's like the full data definition hasn't been transferred. The crop ratio doesn't seem to matter. The representation in Lightroom Mobile looks exactly like what I attached earlier.
