I am working on a document that has hundreds of tables in it, most of which fit fine in portrait mode. However, a number of them have too many columns to fit in any orientation but landscape. How can I rotate the tables 90° without having to completely recreate the table in InDesign. All I can see is the option to rotate text in a cell, which doesn't solve the problem.
Put the table in its own frame and rotate the frame.
TEXT frame that is what Peter meant ;-)
Thanks very much, that was brilliant! You can't imagine how I was struggling with it.
