    Payment issues


      I purchased Creative Cloud for students on 18th January through my boyfriends credit card. He got charged but I never recieved the full membership. I am still on Trial.

          Subscriptions are based on the Adobe ID of the buyer... I will GUESS that using a credit card that is not in your name MAY have caused a problem


          Does your Cloud subscription show on YOUR account page?

          If you do not have an active subscription, have him check his Adobe ID
