    working with styles within cells

Hi I have a table which has a cell that holds 3 pieces of information. First bit is a 13 digit number second bit is a price and the 3rd bit is an indicator *. I would like to be able to right align to the edge of the cell the price and * and keep the 13 digit number left aligned within the cell. I don't have the option to create another cell to do this as i have set up specific grouping which has been a long hard journey to get it right and can't afford for it to go astray at this late stage.

Can anyone suggest anything maybe within the styles? i'm sure there is a way of doing this but with my beginners knowledge of indesign i'm unsure... Here is a screenshot below to hopefully explain a little better..
