Workaround for lack of find/change all in PDF?

Our communications/marketing team creates several documents in InDesign which are then exported to PDF and sent to another team for printing/doc pack prep. There are certain documents whose future updates we'd like to be able to delegate to the print room team as they only need dates/software versions updated BUT the print room team does not have InDesign access, and as there is no find/change all option for the PDF these changes would take an unnecessarily long time (most of the documents we'd like them to take charge of updating are labeling sheets, so it is the same information repeated).

Is there some sort of workaround to be able to execute a find/change all within the PDF? Or a condition/style we can set in InDesign that would allow this to happen?
