Ah, thanks Peter. Sorry, I didn't realize that was a link at first. This resolved the issue, thanks!
Any other ideas on this? The instructions didn't work for me. A few differences i noticed:
- I don't have "InDesign" folders in those locations, but i have "Adobe InDesign" folders. I'm assuming these are the right folders, but maybe that's the problem?
- Assuming those are the right folders, permissions were already Read/Write for me.
I'm not going to log in as Root every time i need to do design work. That seems to be the suggestion, but that's a pretty bad workaround. So i have not tested that part of the instructions.
One other thing: i ran the Adobe Cleaner, as recommended in a another thread i can't find now. Then i tried these instructions again. Still nothing. So i haven't been able to use the product, ever.
