I bought the Adobe CC-version for approximately one month ago and since then, there have been some problems with the button "apps". When i press the button "apps", it just says "transmission error". The only option I have, is to press the button "reload software", but nothing happens when i press the button. This means i can't install more applications.
What do i do?
Presumably your internet connection is working because you were able to post here. If you go to your account on Adobe.com are you showing that the subscription is paid? Are you logged in through the CC Desktop App? Will it update (Quit it from the gear icon, then restart it)?
