I have an Creative Cloud account, but I am not able to use Lightroom mobile from iOS. It keeps telling me "Trial Expired, update your username subscription. Or Sign out now to sign in with another ID". But I have a subscription of Creative Cloud. Tech support told me to ask question in this forum. Thank you very much for your help.
I know this is going to seem like you are getting the runaround. But we are all just users like yourself. Your problem is possibly related to your account. And we don't have any access to that kind of information. I suggest you try contacting Adobe customer care to see if they can help you resolve the issue.
