I cancelled my Adobe Illustrator CC subscription some time ago, and it does not appear under "Plans & Products" on my account. It says I have no plans or products, and the program is no longer installed on my PC. However I am still being charged $19.99 per month for the service. Also because my account says I no longer have the program I cannot contact Adobe's chat or phone for customer service. I have tried the "Cancel annual membership" steps leading to the "Still need help? Contact us" button, which instead of asking me to sign in leads me straight to the forums.
Yes, thank you.Turns out I had bought Illustrator CC using another email address I hardly use. I was able to sign in using that email address and Illustrator was still listed as subscribed.
This is an open forum, not Adobe support... You need Adobe support to cancel a subscription
