    Purchased annual subscription 1 day ago, but now wish to cancel it.  Website won't allow me to do it. Help, please?


      Yesterday I purchased an annual subscription, tried the product and found it won't work for my application, and so I'd like to cancel.  The process I followed (each step as directed) puts me in a big circle with no option to speak with a representative via email or phone.  Can you help me, please.  Suggestions greatly appreciated!
