sending a photo as Raw means you have to send a very large file and something in the e-mail won't allow a file that large, compared to the same photo exported as JPG which will be much smaller.
It should be pretty easy to send the file as JPG and high resolution. Just export it as JPG, UNcheck "Resize to Fit", set the quality slider at about 80, and that ought to do it.
NEVER send a file as raw to these places. They will not know what to do with it and your Lightroom edits will not be reflected in the file.

Exactly. This will do it for sure. You can probably go down in quality even further if the file is still large but generally 80 is a good tradeoff. Also make sure to select sRGB as the color space. If you know the size they will print at, you could also scale to that size at 300 ppi and give the file some output sharpening. That will really make your file shine.
