It is surprising to hear that you lost all your projects. The app is designed to disallow you from signing out until all your projects are properly backed up onto your CC account. If you sign in as somebody else, all your previous projects will be deleted locally but they will still exist in the cloud. Once you sign back in as the first person, you should see all your content get synchronized back down. Depending on the speed of your connection and the size of your projects, this synchronization can take a little while to run. If you leave the app open for a little while, do you see your projects start reappearing?
Also, try going to assets.adobe.com in your web browser and click on the "Mobile Creations" link on the left. Do you see your Draw projects listed there?
Frank! You're a godsend! Yes, I must have had a slow connection – it took a few minutes but they did reappear when I tried again this evening. Also, I didn't know about assets.adobe.com so thank you for sharing that!
Ive also been having trouble sending my projects/ files to Illustrator so I followed your advise and logged in and out of Draw. I couldnt remember my password so I have to re-do my password.
I logged in to Draw with my new password but still no luck. So I logged into assets.adobe.com. I found some of my projects, but none of the ones i created in the last few days.
Do you have any other tips from here?

I'm sorry about your missing work.
Since it's not possible to see the work in one account from another one and MANY people have more than one account... Is it possible that the missing work was created under a different Adobe ID? A few questions:
Have you ever used another email address for an Adobe product?
Do you by any chance have a work account and a personal account?
Do you have any other Adobe apps on this same device that could have automatically logged you in with a different account?
Please let me know what you find. Also, about work not sending to the desktop, please email me through Draw's in-app feedback so I can try to help you with that (tap Settings, then Send Feedback).
Yep, thats what it was - when I signed out I assumed my Adobe account was under my email/ID but all
along it was my husbands that I'd been using.
thank you for replying
You're welcome. Glad that's what it was.
I am having the same problem, and have tried all of the above with no luck.
-Checked both Adobe IDs
-Checked ipad as well as CC library/assets on desktop
No luck! I have some older (bad) drawings, so everything wasn't lost, but the most important one is still missing...
Can you contact me through the in-app feedback so I can get all of your device information (it will automatically populate the email)?
