    What am I upgrading?

      Hi,

      I own CS6, and have a Type kit account, membership.. I don't even know what to call it anymore.

      I am being asked to upgrade something, but Adobe is not being clear as to what exactly I'm upgrading.

      Last time I simply said OK, I ended up with a hard drive full of CC Versions of all the CS6 programs I already have.

      I don't want to deal with that again.

      I'd also like to say that any response I receive here is appreciated. Seeing as Adobe simply collects all the money

      and the support is done by users. it's a great scam, bravo Adobe.

      No help contact of any kind is offered, but want to spend money, here's our number, fax, beeper, Skype account, paypal info, my-space page etc..

      anyway.

      I'm obviously frustrated and super tired of the non existent customer service of companies who feel entitled to your money with no strings attached.
