Invalid Certificate on Business Catalyst: "Safari can't verify the identity of the website."

When click on my site on Business Catalyst I get a message "Safari can't verify the identity of the website."

It's fine for me but certainly not for clients. They should not get this message the first time they log on to my site.

I'm not really sure what I need to do to stop this from happening.

Thanks,

Hi Zachart,

Can you please let me know the exact steps you're taking when you run into this issue?

Are you by any chance navigating to https://site.com ? That won't work because at this point Business Catalyst does not support custom SSL domains, but you can access the site over https if you navigate to the secure subdomain (on https://yoursite.worldsecuresystems.com)

Thanks and regards,
Florin

Yes Thank you.

The problem was that I was using a "https" url that I had bookmarked earlier - perhaps it was prior to going live or maybe during a preview session.

Anyway, once I removed the https and used http it works fine.

Thanks.
