Where were these PSD file produced - Photoshop Elements 9 or elsewhere? On what computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 9 running?
Are you getting any messages from the program about the file being too large? Or for that matter, any other error message associated with this problem?
Have you opened a new project and still had the PSD issue?
Are you working from the 9.0.1 Update of Premiere Elements 9? How long ago did this import work for you?
Depending on your answers, we might consider deleting the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file. I would hold off doing that
until we know the above information.
Thanks for reply ATR, thought I would look and see if there are any changes on my PC recently as import worked recently.
Just deleted programme called 'PC Speed Up' rebooted and now all working OK?
