On loading website - failed to open page - too many redirects

Ok, so I've changed the name servers on my domain registrars to reflect the guide for business catalyst.

I've uploaded the site to my default domain - www.northpassmedia.com

It fails to load and the URL in the bar is www.northpassmedia.com/index.html/index.html/index.html ... etc, etc.

I have 0 redirects input into business catalyst and none on my domain registrar so I'm incredibly confused.

Any help would be appreciated!

I believe I'm having the same problem if i understand you correctly. I paid for the webbasics+ and set my domain as farrsgrove.com. When I search that domain the website does not come up, and the page says failed to open page.
