When I first downloaded Topaz Glow it worked, but I had to have my laptop cleaned of adware virus and since then I haven't been able to get Topaz Glow to work. Topaz support has been pretty good about working with me, but I think they may be stumped. The tech asked me to make sure I was using PSCC 2014 at 64 bit. I don't really know how to tell, need help on that. Has anyone else have this problem. Your help would be appreciated.
Have you tried restoring preferences? Close PS.
Windows - CTRL-SHIFT-ALT immediately after you double-click the PS icon.
Macintosh - CMD-SHIFT-OPTION immediately after you double-click the PS icon.
If all else fails, use the CC Cleaner Tools below followed by a software re-install.
