How can you export a photo from video using Premiere Elements 13? I am having difficulty finding the function with the latest upgrade.

What computer operating system is involved?

          You should be able to

In the Expert workspace, move the Timeline Indicator to the frame for the Freeze Frame, then

          Publish+Share

          Computer

          Image

          or

Use the small scroll bar to the right of the Publish+Share/Computer choices, and scroll down to Image which is toward

the bottom of the Publish+Share/Computer/ choices.

Also, can be done for insert into Timeline

          Expert workspace

Tools Menu (at top of workspace) or Tools Tab (at bottom of workspace)

          Freeze Frame

Above is for one frame at a time. If you go the Publish+Share/Computer/Image way and place a check mark next to Export As Sequence

in the Advanced export settings, you can actually get a freeze frame for every frame in the video.

Please review and consider. If any questions or need clarification, please do not hesitate to ask.
