After Effects CS4 was crashing on an office Mac, so an IT engineer came in to reinstall the software. Now many of the inbuilt plugins are missing, although they do appear in the plugins folder. Included in the missing plugins are EasyEase, Sequence, Moka, TIFF, WAV and Wiggler. We are also missing the Metadata browser.
Sounds like a bad install to me.
Uninstall, run the CC Cleaner and reinstall.
Should all of the plugins I listed (EasyEase, Sequence, Moka, TIFF, WAV, Wiggler...) be included in the After Effects installation? I'm wondering if the IT engineer didn't select everything which needed installing?
Those are all included in the installer.
