Can't watch YouTube, Launch games, or certain websites!
It always crashes, you tube videos stop at 0;01 and games just don't launch.
I've tried re-installing, disabling hardware acceleration, updating chrome and many many other "proposed solutions" from forums and other places. NONE have worked.
I've had enough.. and i really need a solution to this crippling problem.
(PC)
Will provide specs if asked, cant list off of my head.

There's not really much to go on. Flash isn't a service that goes "up" and "down". If it's working some of the time and not others, what are the other common denominators? Are you running a lot more stuff when things are unstable? Are you running a specific application in addition to the browser (a game in the background that might be consuming GPU resources, for instance)?
Are there specific URLs that crash 100% of the time for you, or is everything intermittent?
Here's some other stuff that would be useful:

Well even if it isn't a service that shouldn't be going up and down... it is for me. Right now media that require playback and anything requiring flash is malfunctioning. I do not play any games on my computer as it does not have the RAM and Graphic card to handle it.I sometimes do have a lot of things on however there is no obvious pattern. Thanks for replying

I need some more specifics, like the stuff in that link I posted. Browser and version, links to videos that crash consistently.
Also, please try disabling hardware acceleration and let me know if that helps. Instructions are in the video troubleshooting guide, below:

Hi yeah as i said earlier i do have hardware acceleration off at all times also all videos crash. I am currently using Google chrome Version 39.0.2171.71m and my flash version should be fully updated as chrome apparently "automatically" updates it, therefore it does not let me manually update it, Thanks

Whatever is going on, it's either related to the service that you're using being flaky, or it's something local to your machine or network. I don't have any good suggestions.

I've tried LOADS of solutions, anything else?

Okay, thanks. That's helpful.
The best way to get traction on the Chrome crashes is to file Chromium bugs. I talk to the Chrome team every week, so I can follow up on the bug numbers to get their input.
In Chrome, go to chrome://crashes. On the first few crashes, just click the button to submit a bug report and fill out what you can. This gives Chrome engineering a ton of technical details about your config and the crash, and will allow them to correlate them with known issues, etc. Give me the bug numbers that get issued, and I'll follow up with the Chrome guys.
Once you've done that (I don't want to lose the crash data by doing this first), it might be a good idea to check the filesystem for problems, then just do a clean install of Chrome.
Before messing with the disk, it's always a good idea to make sure you have a current working backup of anything that you absolutely can't lose. This is a relatively safe operation, but if the weirdness happens to be an early indicator that your disk is on the way out, now is a great time to make sure that you have good backups. Since checking the disk is a disk intensive operation, making sure that your stuff is safe before you give it a workout is smart.
Check your hard disk for errors in Windows 7
Repair anything that the disk check finds, then uninstall Chrome, download a fresh copy and see if that improves the situation. Hopefully that will get you going again. If not, it would be interesting to know if you see similar problems in other major browsers. Each major browser has a significantly different copy of Flash, which would help us narrow down where the problem might be.
Thanks!
