I keep getting it too. I don't have any idea how to resolve it either.

I have been having this for 2 days now and was looking for some sort of direction.
No response after almost 3 years. Doesn't fill me with confidence.
All drivers are up to date, the system has been rebooted a few times. I have signed in to adobe everything, I have all my apps updates current. Same error when using the search box on color.adobe.com. Anything entered into the search box results in an immediate return of this pop-up error.
I am having the same problem. I am in the middle of a project and due to this issue with Adobe, I am pretty much hosed. I think this is the last straw. I have become ever increasingly fed up with all the issues with Premiere and their other products. Why am I paying $50 a month for all these bugs? I am going to download Blackmagic Design DaVinci Resolve 14. It is free, and from the reviews and list of features, it looks to be better than Premiere. Sorry Adobe, this past year has been a miserable experience. Time to try something better and for a lot less money: Blackmagic Design: DaVinci Resolve 14
