Hello, I am trying to export my InDesign CC single page file into interactive PDF. This file contains one .swf file & one Mp4 video file, some text & a background image. When I export it to interactive PDF, I am getting this message " One or more interactive elements are clipped in ways that PDF files cannot reproduce. These elements will be adjusted in the exported PDF ". If I save the file ignoring this message, in my final PDF file everything is working except one thing, I am loosing the video controls!. What do I need to do in order to get those video controls to show up?
Your help is much appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
Did you set video controls on the Media panel? Did the video preview in the Media panel? Does preview in the SWF Preview? Does it preview in the EPUB Interactivity Preview (if you have InDesign CC 2014)?
Oops forgot to do that! :-) Thanks Steve for your help. You are a genius!! :-) It is working now, yay!!!!
I am having the same problem with CS6, and I have done everything that I can think of to get my video to play in PDF. and all I get is One or more interactive elements are clipped in ways that PDF files cannot reproduce. I really need help on this as I need to submit a project soon. Please help.
