    User not activated message on my Nook Simple Touch with Glowlight.


      I have a Mac with OS X version 10.9.5. My browser is Safari 7.1.2


      I’ve downloaded a book and it’s on my computer.I have tried multiple times to open it on my Nook Simple Touch with Glowlight and I get the message “User Not Activated.”


      I have tried to follow the instructions in the listennj.lib.overdrive.com troubleshooting site to correct whatever’s causing this message to appear (the guidance says that it usually happens when the Nook hasn’t been authorized properly.)       I still can’t get past the “user not activated” message. Do you have someone who can help? Other advice?
