Flex 2.0/Flexbuilder 2.0 and Windows Vista

I have downloaded the trial downloads from the site and trying to install on my new machine that has Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate Edition.

However, dialog box that pops up during the installation process show junk characters everywhere on buttons, license agreements and other contents. In addition to this, the installation process requires my windows login name either as administrator or in power user group.

Whereas my user account is the administrator for the machine.

Does this mean that current versions of flex 2.0 and flexbuilder 2.0 does not support Windows vista yet?
