I have ordered Lightroom for teachers. I have to submit a proof that I work on the music college where I work.
I get this message in the page :But I can not get into the support portal . I have tried for hours. This web site is crazyy , and I waited 2 hours today in the phone without getting contact . How can I send this in ? anyone out there?

I suggest that you keep trying. I clicked on the link in your message, and the webpage came up within about 5 seconds. You might consider trying a different Internet browser. What type of Internet connection do you have?
I too could access the page after about 10 secs....
