Adobe charging my credit card in January: http://i.imgur.com/cvJ6ohP.png
My "trial" version of products such as Premiere Pro expired. I've been charged on my credit card for the past few months. Nothing is showing on my account page in terms of products purchased.
EDIT: Adobe has in fact been charging my account since October 2014.
What is "usually" the problem is a subscription under a different email and Adobe ID... have you ever used a different email?
This is an open forum, not Adobe support... you need Adobe staff support to help

I called Adobe customer service and spoke to a very nice gentlemen. It was indeed my mistake. I didn't add the "m" at the end of ".com".
Adobe was kind enough to refund my fees for the last four months for my blunder. Thank you, Adobe. The customer service was awesome.
