Does RoboHelp 11 have an option to do a Where Used in regards to shared Images?

We have several Topics in our Help project, which share the same inserted image.

From a broader, global perspective, is there a quick and easy way to do a Where Used type of search, and see a list of all Topics where a shared image has been inserted?

Right click the image in Project Manager. There is a Used In tab.

All of our Screen Shot images are stored in the Project's main folder, under a subfolder (Images).  The Images subfolder is not viewable from the Project Manager Pod. Suggestions?

There are two ways to view files in Project Manager. Hover over the first icon and you can toggle between them. In one view the images are shown in their actual locations as in Windows File Explorer along with the topics in the same folders. In the other view you will see all the folders with only the topics, then there is a single pseudo Images folder which will repeat all the folder names and show only the images. In your case it will not make much difference. In either method you should see the Images folder.

Are you saying you cannot see your sub folder whichever view you use?

Can you add an image of PM?

The Toggled view shows the "Images" folder & Structure of the Project. Some Screen Shot files are visible, there, but this is not the default folder, where we store images. See Attachment called MiscImagesProperites.

MiscImagesProperites.gif

The Default folder is a few branches up, in what we call the WebHelp folder.  See Attachment called, and how we point to this other Image folder, using a ../ path indicator.

ImageNamePath.gif

the inserted images in those pages, comes from another images folder, further up the Project Structure.

Sorry for the slow response.

For this purpose it will be better to use the view where both topics and images show in the same folder. Using that view you are saying the images are in a folder called WebHelp that does not contain any source topics (usually WebHelp is the name given to an output rather than any source files). If you are, create a single topic in that folder to see if that forces the folder to appear.

I have seen files not shown in an image folder and renaming the folder forces a refresh. However you cannot see the folder at the moment. There is something else that could be the cause but it is unlikely and I would like to know more about the whole project structure for that. Is this a project you could share with me? If you can then see the Contact page on my site and send the project as instructed there. Do make sure you include a link to this thread and please do not email the project direct.
