    Find one apostrophe type

I'm trying to use find/replace to find instances of straight quotes, so I can replace them with curly (typographer’s) quotes. The find/replace just seems to find both, regardless of the type. What am I misunderstanding about this! Is there a way to only find the straight quotes?

By the way, it's not the font, I can see a case where in the same paragraph, using the saem font throughout, that this is happening.
