It'd help if you were to explain what the "this" is that you want to remedy in post production.
I shoot in bright midday sun a lot, and it doesn't give rise to anything which inherently needs to be remedied...
By "this" I mean over exposure and associated glare.

There really isn't a filter that can magically make those type of images look perfect. It's time to do some test shooting using exposure compensation and other techniques to discover better ways to get the result you are looking for.
The real key to daytime shooting is to try to avoid shooting between 10 AM and at least 2 PM. There are no shadows to speak of, and it's easy to overexpose images. I know that it sometimes cannot be avoided.
