    Why does my account say I still have a creative cloud membership when it was supposed to be canceled??

      Hi, I'm wondering why my account still says I have a creative cloud membership. I want it canceled, I contacted customer support the other day, and they told me it was all taken care of, and that my subscription had been canceled, but it isn't, it's still listed in my account as open. My case number for the chat I had with customer service is 0214825111.
