I am having difficulty with the translation of your question using the Translate button here.

I am guessing that you are having problems with text out of place in the movie menus.

It might be that your export choice does not match your project settings.

Do you have a 16:9 project and you are using 4:3 preset for your burn to disc - or a 4:3 project with a 16:9 preset

          for the burn to disc?

          Please tell us

          1. What version of Premiere Elements and on what computer operating system it is running?

          2. Are you burning to DVD-VIDEO format on DVD disc with preset NTSC Dolby DVD, NTSC Widescreen Dolby DVD, PAL Dolby DVD, or PAL Widescreen Dolby DVD?

          3. What are you using for project preset for your project?

If I am incorrect in guessing at your question, please give more details, and we will continue based on your reply.

          Thank you.

Thank you for the reply with helpful information

Premiere Elements 11 on Windows 8 64 bit

              and as your export

Publish+Share/Disc/DVD disc with preset NTSC_Widescreen_Dolby DVD

The other part of the information that we need to be sure of:

              1. What is the format that you are taking to the Expert workspace Timeline.

              2. Is it 4:3 or widescreen 16:9?

              3. Right after you drag the first file to the Expert workspace Timeline, please go to Edit Menu/Project Settings/General and

tell us what you see for Editing Mode, Timebase, Frame Size, and Pixel Aspect Ratio (even if it looks grayed out).

After you drag your first file to the Timeline, do you see any black borders around the image in the Edit area monitor?

Right now I continue to look for a mismatch between import and output settings. We have the export settings, now we

need to know the import settings to make the information complete.

If you have any more details of the way the problem is presenting, please include them.

              Thank you.

Thank you for the replies with additional information.

From what you wrote you appear to be using projects settings for 1920 x 1080 16:9 and keeping a consistent 16:9 choice in burn to disc DVD-VIDEO on DVD disc ( preset = NTSC_Widescreen Dolby DVD).

So, that does not explain what I am understanding as Movie menus with black borders and distorted text.

                  a. Are these black borders in the thumbnail for the scenes on the Scene Selection page of your menu viewed on the TV?

                  b. What specific Movie Menu theme are you using in Premiere Elements 12?

                  c. Have you checked the settings (4:3 versus 16:9) of your player (TV with DVD player or TV with Blu-ray player or other)?
