    Using LR 5 on a MBP 10.9.5 - catalogue/startup issues

      Hi!

      Using LR 5 (present version 5.7) on a MBP 10.9.5 since a few years.

      Today when I tried to open my LR5 catalogues the startup freezes during the LR5 startscreen and I am forced to terminate the program manually. I've succeded in opening an empty catalogue (new) but none of the other catalogues.

      I've rebooted my system, updated Adobe flash, reinstalled the 5.7 update etc. but cannot get it to work at all. I don't even get a proper error message.

      What can I do to get LR 5 to work again?
