I have the same problem. I also tried to make a one-time payment with a different card, which they won't do. The Chat feature is terrible. The people have terrible grammar skills and act like robots.
They seem to just cut and paste answers that don't have anything to do with what I'm asking.
It's the only thing about Adobe I hate. It's enough to go back to Apple's FCP.
Please update the card details using https://helpx.adobe.com/utilities/credit-card.html, once you have updated the card details, please inbox me in private & here in forums so that I can complete the updation of the credit card.
