Ok, so Premiere was working fine as of yesterday evening, as I was able to create, render, and upload a YouTube video without any issues, however, when I load Premiere now, I'm unable to open that project or start a new one, I just get the purple loading bar underneath the "new project" and "existing project" tabs, which last for about a minute or so before disappearing without actually doing anything. The organizer functionality appears to have remained completely intact, but anything that would come under the Video Editor part of it appears to be entirely non-functional.
I am running the 64 bit version of Premiere on Windows 7 64 bit, and I currently have it installed in the default location on the C Drive.
Premiere Elements 12 on Windows 7 64 bit.
Please find and rename SLCache Folder from SLCache to SLCacheOLD.
In Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit, the path to the folder is
Local Disc C
Program Files (x86)
and in the Adobe Folder is the SLCache Folder that is renamed from SLCache to SLCacheOLD.
