K woods - Thank you for your quick response. I have solved the problem for now?. I uninstalled creative cloud and the software - however when I was trying to get into Adobe to download again I was getting re-directed to the error page. I changed browsers and got onto the adobe site downloaded the creative cloud and installed 2014 again and it all worked. I booted up this morning and everything seems to be ok.. Again, thank you for your response...Lets hope I do not need to add to this email? My work is on schedule..... Andrew Andrew Penman
