I frequently want to crop an image to a new aspect ratio, equivalent to the Canvas Size feature of desktop Photoshop.
Does PS Touch allow precise canvas size adjustment?
The Resize Image option lets me key in the exact smaller dimension, but now I'm using the Crop tool to adjust the other, and it can be awkward to drag to the exact pixel size. I'd like to be able to type in this value instead of relying on finger pressure.
Yes; when you go to use the Crop command, there should be a little arrow pointing upward on the left hand side of the crop options. Tap it to specify an exact width, height, or X and Y coordinates.
(This tip can apply to other tools as well, like the Transform command (5th icon from the upper right). Be on the lookout for the same arrow icon when using the other tools.)
Just what I needed, and a useful general tip.
I didn't notice that in the basic tutorials.
