I have a purchased copy and Adobe have advised my to download and use my serial numbers to activate, They are rejected and I am told to contact customer support. customer support have referred me to the forum.
Did you purchase stand-alone or with CC (cloud)?
Please note that these have different downloads and different serial numbers.
If it runs on the Desktop it does as well on the Laptop, as long as you do not mix the versions.
