This issue has been debated at length over here Is there any way to display the Design View in fluid grid pages?
While the chances of the Design View making it to Fluid Grid layouts aren't on the anvil, the team is looking at improving experience in the Live View from the feedback that we have received so far.
Also, see this post from the Product Manager, Rajnish Bharti, detailing the current roadmap for DW https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1642673

Find the following section in your Fluid Grid css file and add the X...
Dreamweaver Fluid Grid Properties
dw-num-cols-mobile: X 4;
That will trick DW into thinking it's a standard layout and give you Design View back. You can also roll back to earlier versions of the program until Adobe gets Live View taken care of if you don't want to bother with the work around. The links to get CC 2014 (June release) back are in the beginning of this post: Editing Text and Adding Links Is Crazy in DW CC-2014.1
Got any more specifics as to the time-frame or scheduling regarding new releases of DW CC?
In addition, any schedule on the bug-fix for the new Google tracking script analytics.js as opposed to the to be deprecated ga.js tracking script? One can not efficiently use 2014.1 with the new analytics.js since load time of the file is unbelievably slow. Please see my October 21, 2014 thread Why does DW CC 2014.1 Fluid Grid load HTML file that contains Google Analytics Tracking Code script so slowly?
In reviewing the November, 2014 Product Manager's roadmap, I did not see any discussion as to schedules.
Thank you for your very valuable time and attention.
While we do have schedules for our releases, the features and bug fixes that go into a release are constantly reviewed and prioritized based on various inputs. Also, release dates themselves are affected by various factors. Which is why, the product team announces release dates only when they are completely ready for it.
About your specific question on the Google tracking script, I will check with the team members to see if we have an update for you.
Thanks Preran for the explanation. I also look forward to any information you can provide regarding the analytics.js Google tracking script bug fix.
