    FRUSTRATED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE WANT REFUND NOW

      you auto renewed my forms central on Jan 21. 

      a week late you announced it was retiring.

       

      WHen i click the link for 'cancel the account' i get sent tothe page that says "I still need help' then my options are CHAT WHICH IS NOT WORKING or PHONE

      when I called the phone # i navigated the menu only to be told that you do not offer phone support for forms central.

       

      I WANT A REFUND FOR THE FULL AMOUNT THAT WAS CHARGE TO MY CARD JUST DAYS BEFORE YOU ANNOUNCED THE RETIREMENT.

       

      I am sorry for yelling but I have spent at least an hour going around in circle on your website, chat, phone with no results.  The forum is the only option left which is very frustrating.
