This symbol is "P" in a circle. I am using ID5.
I found this character in AVL font 0613 that I got somewhere on the Internet, but when I format it to a font consistent with the text for the copyright notice (Times New Roman), it becomes a lower-case p without the circle. This symbol is not in the Type\Special Characters menu or the Glyphs area.
I've been fussing with manually creating this symbol based on the copyright symbol (C in a circle), but it would be nicer to have the symbol itself. Any ideas where to find such?
There's a LOT at this link. I decided to tweak what I'd already started, based on the copyright symbol, going to the closest view I could get, and nailed it. Then I grouped the P and circle together and dropped it in as a character. Finally, I selected my new character and dropped it a little on the text-line base. It looks like the real deal!
For safekeeping, this character now sits in its own ID doc on my computer for future use.
Thank you very much.
