Benjamin Root Feb 9, 2015 2:50 PM (in response to Acrobat profesional)When things go haywire, a preference reset is some times the fix. As you open a file in ACR press and hold Cmd+Opt+Shift until a box pops up asking if you would like to reset. Select "yes."
If that does not work, please try installing the ACR plugin from this link: Camera Raw plug-in installer

P.S. For future reference, this section of the forum is where Camera Raw questions should be asked: Adobe Camera Raw

Acrobat profesional Feb 11, 2015 1:47 PM (in response to Acrobat profesional)Hi Benjamin,
Thanks you for your help, and sorry for my bad english.
I can not reset preferences with Cmd+Opt+Shift, when I hold these keys, I can not see any pop up box.
I have tryed to install the ACR plugin, the first time I have launched the ACR after I have installed the pugin, ACR works well, ACR can load any lens profile. But when I close ACR and open again, the problem continues.
It is very rare.

Acrobat profesional Feb 12, 2015 5:32 AM (in response to Benjamin Root)Benjamin,
I am very surprised and grateful because the method is working well.
But now the problem is, I have to do this each time I launch ACR and I want to use the lens correction.

Benjamin Root Feb 12, 2015 2:25 PM (in response to Acrobat profesional)Well, it is good to hear lens corrections are working to some extent. I would like you to try re-installing Photoshop. Try running Adobe's cleaner tool as well. Read instructions before uninstalling or using the tool. Be sure you have your serial number ready, if running Photoshop CS6.

Some day, when I have free time, I will try to reinstall Photoshop, but your solution is good for the moment.
