I did a search and found a thread dating back to Sep 22, 2012. Ken G. Rice (staff) responded to Wet~Look, but what he recommended didn't work at all! I am not a happy camper (well, I guess it's me and all the other Adobe users that are feeling really frustrated and cheated, going by all the other posts). I think Adobe is being very deceptive. I hope some Staff member responds, but I am thinking of sending a message to Ken G. Rice (in case he's still around).
I would love to hear from someone else that had this problem and was able to REALLY solve it. Thanks!
Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

That should give you a computer that is completely free of the Cloud
