    Deployment of Photoshop Lightroom 5

We are an educational institution, and we try to roll out Photoshop Lightroom 5 to hundreds of computers, using our trusted deployment workflow. We use the Creative Cloud Packager to create the deployment packages. We operate under Mac OSX 10.9 and 10.10.

      The problem we encounter:

While all CC 2014 Apps (Photoshop, InDesign, etc) are properly serialized during the install, Lightroom 5 isn't.

At first launch, Lightroom asks the user for the serial number. Entering the serial number will authenticate the application only for the current user. All other users on the same computer will be asked for the serial number upon launch.

We looked at this documentation: Perform a silent installation | Lightroom

It says: "To create the registration file, launch Lightroom on one machine and enter your licensing serial number. Once the serial number is accepted, quit Lightroom. A registration file is created in the following locations: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom/"

This process doesn't work for us: there is no registration file created at that location, only a "Lightroom 5.0 InstallCookie" file, which contains no registration data.

      Is anyone experiencing similar issues?
