A user I support has exactly the same problem. He can log into the Adobe CC app, install/update application, but gets to "activation expire" loop when he tries to log into Photoshop. This happened on his "old" Mac, and I first thought it was a problem specific to that computer and didn't worry about it too much since I was going to replace his machine with at new Mac Pro.
However it is also happening on his Mac Pro, and I can replicate it if I use his user credentials to log in on my Win 7 box.
Adobe has been less than helpful by first promising a fix within 24 hours, which stretched to 48 hours, now it's been 4 days. Still no fix for a problem that seems to be on their end.
