Is it possible to see RAW as part of the editing programme but shown on top of the editor.
I have been using Elements 11 in conjunction with Camera RAW 7.1, however, when I need to edit any photographs (I shoot in RAW exclusively) The RAW window does not appear, is it part of and embedded in the Lightroom editor so that it is not possible or necessary to see?
I'm not sure what you are asking for, but the way Lightroom works is the way it works. You can turn toolbars on and off, or panels on and off, but the location of the photo cannot be changed.
Thanks for your reply.
I have only just started using Lightroom 5 but in an older version of
Lightroom using Camera RAW 4.1 it was possible to see the image.
I saw the idea in 'The Creative Digital Darkroom' this was published
several years ago.
Having looked closer at the programme I see everything is more or less
Many thanks for your help
