There is nothing in that file that makes it look even remotely like a PSD file.
And it isn't any filetype I can recognize - it appears to be nothing but random data.
So either something damaged the file (on disk, or during your download), or the file has been encrypted or compressed in some non-common fashion.

its showing PSD file in my Pc, have at look Pic
It is only showing as a psd file in Windows, because it merely happens to have the extension ".psd". That does not mean that the file is an actual Photoshop file.
You could rename it to a file with a zip extension, and Windows would think it is an archive.
The extension means nothing unless the actual file data is written as a psd. And in this case it is not. You have file that is NOT a psd, with a file extension ".psd".
