What version of Premiere Elements and on what computer operating system?
What are the properties of these videos which are triggering an non support message from Premiere Elements when you go to import one of
them into your project...I am looking for
Interlaced or Progressive
Pixel Aspect Ratio
A quicker way to get at this type of information is by knowing the Brand/Model/Settings for the camera that recorded these videos.
Typical problem formats are

im always uploading them @ don't normally have a problem. Some others did
this same time @ I simply took them off @ re put @ they were ok.

If you have the time, let us see what we might be able to pull out from what you have.
1. What is the file extension for the video from iMovie...is it .mov or .mp4?
2. Can you import these files (that you exported from iMovie and will not import into Premiere Elements) back into iMovie?
If you do not have the SD card which contained these problem videos, could you tell us the brand/model/ of the camera that recorded
the video that went into the original iMovie project?
You say that "Im always uploading them @ don't normally have a problem". If you have some good ones, perhaps we can
infer from them something about the recent ones with a problem. Not ideal, but we will go after the best we can do.
I made a video of all the clips @ put in premien elements under the name mr
