I recently signed up for CC and I live in Canada. Why am I unable to pay for CC in Canadian $? Instead I am charged a ridiculous exchange rate by my credit card company and my monthly bill fluctuates depending on that rate (paid $79 last month). Given Adobe's global presence and ability to offer plans in multiple currencies, why are they unable to do the same for Canada (I know that this would be really easy to implement)? I would really appreciate that as an option, the main reason being that the credit card companies gouge you with the exchange rate. I'd even pay an adjusted, slightly higher amount on a yearly contract to ensure billing consistency and not have to hand credit card companies money for no reason other than there is not an option to purchase a product offered in my region in my currency.
This is an open forum, not Adobe support... you need Adobe staff to help

I have the same issue.
Attempting to contact support now.
Hey, there's a great wide country up here! And we design too!
Did anyone make any progress with this? I contacted Adobe support a couple weeks ago, and the guy I spoke to told me he would escalate the issue to another team because he couldn't help me. Never heard back from them... all in all, the original contact took me over 2 hours to explain what an "exchange rate" was, so I'm not keen on trying again...
