I followed the link of Adobe support, and it was just like the voice call. All they do is refer the user back here. If there is ever a good reason for the need for competition, Adobe fails here. I am a teacher and understand what it means when you fail. Adobe gets an F.
that said, I have a Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one-year), which I assume, would cover the lightroom mobile as well.
There is a disconnect somewhere, and Adobe is impenetrable, with every avenue referring me back to the forums, as if it were some magic salve to take care of all my problems,.
Lightroom mobile still does not work, so it hasn't.
